Motors TV live on monday may 2nd

if anyones interested,motors tv are filming the whole of the Castle combe meeting this coming monday for live transmission if anyone wants to see my swift in action,assuming i get through qually of course without bending it or blowing it up!

last monday managed 3rd in class in qually mainly due to having brand new brakes all round,brand new tyres and also the rev counter fell off so no idea what revs i was changing gear at!
as for the race,started 20th overall,3rd in my class and had a stonking race embarrassing some far bigger engined machinery,including a BMW m sport 130 3litre which i overtook on the brakes into quarry. managed to catch the 2 leaders in my class battle,got past one and then had a titanic battle for the lead only losing out by 3 tenths of a second and 12th overall.not bad for first time out with the car this year and the fact im giving away a good 30-40bhp on most of the cars in my class.spare engine at the moment was rolling roaded at 135bhp,new motor with nigh on 170bhp due mid may,i hope. and i got fastest lap as well!
