adjust screw goes on the top mate, inside its basicly a diaghram and the vacume line adjusts the pressure as the revs rise
if your goin to get a new gauge make sure its oil filled, they cost more but they will give you a better reading
make sure its high pressure fuel hose, you might need to use a reducer on the return line as its smaller than the in line

the little blue pipe adapters what screwed into the pressure regulator and onto both returns did fit on the pressure gauge, dunno wether that meas anything

just tried it in the black alan key slot, fitted on and did take a reading when it fired up and could see the gauge moving when i turned the pressure down

hopefully just ptfe tape now? lol

hia have got the tape
how do i go about fitting it??

its leaking from where the two return pipes go onto the fuel nipples on the regulator
do i just wrap loads of it around the fuel nipples as much as possible??

the tapes for thread not the nipples. if the nipples are leaking its either the wrong size, or too loose, try tightening up juliee clips if u used them.

u put the tape on the male thread going clockwise about 8 wraps wud do it.

did seem to be leakin from where the nipples threaded in, changed the jubilee clips for smallers ones n screwed mega tight
does seem to be leaking no more since put the tape on
trimmed it down so it went on with a lil space from the end
wraped it around about 3/4 times as anymore it were struggling to get it on

does seem to be fine now

went round the block normally n then give it a blast all the way threw first and stil fine

job done me thinks

cheers for the help
save me a lot of money i.e DIY fitment

oil filled mate, stops the needle vibrating
how do you mean loosing pressure?
when your driving?, over night?
have you got the vacume attached?
is there a locknut on the adjust screw?

ah yeah oil filled not gel Embarassed nah the pressure would read 38 - 40 psi the in the space of a few days driving it it would sum times read as high as 60 it seams 2 run ok tho but i do turn it dwn but now its like the needle wont go below 40 unless u flick it lol pure cheap shit i rekon and i was wondering if it would make a difference if i used the wrong size hose from the rail 2 the regulator cuz i just used what came with the regulator.
