My cosworth runs a T35 48/63 (t3/t4 hybrid) and is good for 350 Hp on a 2.0 litre.
unless your after massive power, and have the head mods to match the air movement needs possibly best move it on...what you want for it what condition etc.

dont get the t25 mate, there not good enough, me and matt used to run them and they run out of steam very early on in the rev range. I cant remember what he runs now, the one up from the t25 i think. I use the mitsibishi 14b which works great.

yer t25 i found was hopeless if you wanted anything more than 10psi through the rev range but my t28 loves it its got a 61 a/r i think from memory and will hold 18 -20 psi easy thru the rev range not tried any higher, mines was from a 200sx s14 second hand £100 job done and lasting a lot better than i thought it would
