mini prop and rear diff justy
few pics for gtp mainly

brief run down any questions and ill help basically completely removed v/c and replaced it with a stainless shafts that is long enough to replace to the mini prop aswel this was done by cutting the bosses of the end of the mini prop and welded them to the stainless shaft the put a circlip groove in for the bearing i bout then machined out the v/c housing to suit bearing only awkward bit was getting a seal in the v/c end of the mini prop housing only to options are spark erode it out which i couldnt do so i got a seal and cut the outer plastic of it and instant gasketed it in which has worked a treat so far all in all quite a bit of work but worth it and a large rotational mass reduction plus 50 50 drive

Re: mini prop and rear diff justy
cheers mate,
did you remove the viscous body completely or use it to connect he mini prop to the diff. in the picture of them all lined up it loos as if thats what you did. if not where did you get the correct spline onto the prop to suit the diff input?
did you machine the prop true at the bearing to eliminate any throwout?
Cheers
