Freshly rebuilt low comp gti turbo engine!

Thinking about selling my freshly rebuilt Gti engine,

specs

G13b twin cam
Low comp 75mm vitar pistons, suzukird pins, clips and piston rings
DMW dave forged rods with arp rod bolts and new bearings
arp crank bolts
arp head bolts
suzukird compist turbo head gasket
ground crank with all new bearings
New genuine suzuki oil pump and water pump
heads been skimmed, all valves checked relaped with new stem seals
All new gaskets and oil seals.
block and head acid dipped and cleaned

was rebuilt by phoenix engineers in hereford, I have the receipt and just the work on engine cost £700, I supplied all the parts. I have all the receipts for all the parts. This engine was going in my project h reg but due to personal reasons was unable to finish. You will need a stand alone ecu to run this motor and should be capable of 250+hp. Asking £1200 it's probably cost £2000 for parts and work so this is very cheap.
