drivers adjustable seat rail for fixed back bucket seats

iv just taken this off my gti, i had it in there for a week, theres nothing wrong with it mechanicly but if your very tall this wont be any good to you
i had a cobra imola bucket seat on it and it ended up about the same hight as the std seats
im used to the seat alot lower as i originaly had the cobra bolted to a plate on the floor
i had it imported from japland
