anyone got some spare 3cyl parts?

im after a coil, maybe a new key ignition barrel and ecu

this one is a 99
had to change the ecu, key and barrel as i lost the only key
dusnt want to spark now, thats why im thinking the coil might`v gone, already done rotor and dizzy
fuel pump is working, check engine light is fine, if i put the original ecu on it flashes so it is the right key for the ecu
shes been parked up for 2 years

iv whole car parked up doin nothing, well basically scrap. its a 96 and the coils a can shape.

have u tried testing ur coil with a multimeter?

yeah tryed testing it, there is some resistance there, but i dont have a manual for her so i dont know what reading im looking for

all iv got that car for is the shell, got it stupid cheap so i wouldnt normaly be to bothered about it but im moving at the end of july and i`d rather drive it to my new gaff than tow it

forgot to say, your coil sounds like its off a carb engine
the one on the 3cyl is very small

this coil is on a 3cylinder aint all the 3cylinders carb?

looks like that if its any good to you, ill try and scan the coil page from the chiltons manual if it will help

mines inj, single point
the coil just looks like a scaled down version of the gti`s

do u know when u will be able 2 send it, i just wanna get on put my cover and new leads on.

Oh and wot size tubing did u use for ur intake 63mm or 70mm, or even 57mm??

good news and bad news
iv found the cover and s/s bolts but i cant find the main fixing bolts, iv ordered the bits i need to make them
they will be wiv me on thurs
so wiv any luck i can send it on fri
sorry bout this mate, knowing my luck i`l send it off and find the bolts 10 mins later

the intake i bought when i woz young and stupid from srd, i had to weld on the beather tubes as all they suplyed was 2 holes
its the same dia as the outside of the t/b, duno what that is

Orite srd's are expensive im just gunna make mine from bits on ebay hopefuly lol
